When your payment is made this will confirm your order. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days.

We do not offer payment plans.
Your artwork will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of purchasing, please consider weekends/public holidays/natural disasters/courier issues/adverse weather conditions etc these may cause unexpected delays. Delivery time may also depend on your location. If there are any delays, we will contact you to let you know.
Once your painting has been carefully packaged, you will receive a separate email with tracking details to let you know your artwork is on its way.
If you have entered in your delivery details incorrectly or would like to modify your delivery information please contact us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address can not be modified once the order has already been shipped out from the art studio.
If you would like to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of purchasing. We cannot promise any cancellations as all sales are final however we will do our best to support the request.
Our orders are checked and packaged with the utmost care so you should receive your order in perfect condition.
In very rare occasions an order may have been damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and supply all of the information below in an email.
